Who We Are
Since 2019, Michael has been building his fresh crawfish delivery service. Collecting the best crawfish from 15 different farms and docks in Louisiana, “The Crawfish Capital of the World” then bringing them back to our Lone Star State!
PickUp Locations
San Angelo – Sam’s Club – Fridays 5-7 pm
Midland – Sam’s Club – Saturdays 8-10 am
Caring for your Crawfish.
1. One cooler per sack, unless two fit with the lid closed.
2. Drain OPEN.
3. Cooler slanted toward the drain.
4. Place in a cool area.
5. Wet old towel or burlap on top.
6. Ice, but try to imitate the way they were iced at purchase. Heavy ice? Light Ice?
7. Must be out of the wind.
8. Open cooler periodically to allow oxygen exchange.
